On Monday, July 28, 2025, the UK1 Team from Universitas Riau conducted an Assistance Session for Completing the ASKI Form, with Umy Efinarni Madina, S.Sos., M.Si serving as the speaker. The event took place at the PPAK FEB Laboratory and was attended by representatives from various work units within the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB).
This session aimed to provide each unit with a deeper understanding of how to properly complete the ASKI (Archivist) form. During the event, the UK1 Team delivered materials related to the use of the SINDE application, which serves as the primary platform for structured and standardized archivist data input.

The importance of using the SINDE application in electronic archive management to ensure effective and standardized data recording and reporting.
The obligation for each work unit to maintain an archive storage facility to safely and systematically store physical documents.
The necessity of having a dedicated ASKI operator (Archivist) responsible for managing archives to support smooth administrative processes.
The requirement for each sub-section/work unit to have a dedicated Google Drive for archives as a digital storage medium, promoting transparency and ease of access.
Emphasis on the rule that archival documents must not be perforated, in order to preserve their physical integrity.
The event concluded with a Q&A and active discussion session between participants and the speaker, further enriching the participants' understanding of proper archival governance in accordance with prevailing regulations.
