Public Information Service Standards
Standard procedures for public information services within the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau in accordance with the Public Information Disclosure Law.
Service Requirements

- 2Photocopy of ID card / Other applicant identity or photocopy of establishment deed for public institutions
System, Mechanism, and Procedure
Applicant comes to the information service desk, PPID UNRI (UNRI Rectorate Building 1st Floor) or visits the public information page.
Applicant fills out the public information request form directly or online by attaching ID card/Other Identity.
Service officer records in the registration book and notifies the registration number to the applicant.
If the request is approved proceed to the next step. If not approved, PPID provides written reasons and provides information on filing an objection.
If the request is approved, PPID submits an information request to the relevant unit. As a result, the work unit provides data to PPID.
PPID provides written information to the information applicant.
If the applicant is satisfied with the response from PPID, the process is complete.
If the applicant is not satisfied with the response, they can submit an objection to the PPID supervisor, then the process is complete, whereas if not satisfied with the response of the PPID supervisor, the process continues at the information commission.
