
Pekanbaru – The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at the University of Riau held an In-House Training session for all Educational Staff (Tendik) on Thursday, July 10, 2025, under the theme “Fostering a Culture of Excellent Service to Support Campus Activities.” The event took place in the Srikandi Room at FEB and was attended by all educational staff within the faculty.
The event was officially opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, who, in her opening remarks, emphasized the importance of improving service competencies and ethics in fostering a professional and competitive campus environment.
The main speaker for the event was Khairani Hasyim, SKM., MSi., STHT., LCPC., a seasoned practitioner and trainer in the fields of human resource development and excellent service. During the training session, she shared insights and practical strategies on strengthening a service-oriented culture, effective communication, and enhancing stakeholder satisfaction within the campus environment.
Participants showed great enthusiasm throughout the event, which was delivered in an interactive format through discussions, case studies, and service simulations. This activity is expected to improve the quality of service provided by educational staff and reinforce the image of FEB Universitas Riau as a responsive and professional faculty in delivering services to students, lecturers, and the broader community.
Through the implementation of this in-house training, the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Riau demonstrates its commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and a strong orientation toward high-quality service.
