Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau Holds Integrity Pact Signing for Integrity Zone Towards WBK and WBBM

Pekanbaru – The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at the University of Riau held a Signing of the Integrity Pact for the Integrity Zone as a concrete step toward achieving Corruption-Free Zone (WBK) and Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Zone (WBBM) status. The event took place on Thursday, July 10, 2025, in the Srikandi Room of FEB and was attended by the entire leadership and administrative staff within the faculty.

The event was officially opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Riau, Dr. Hj. Alvi Furwanti Alwie, SE., MM., who, in her opening remarks, reaffirmed FEB's commitment to realizing clean, accountable governance with a strong emphasis on excellent public service. She also emphasized that establishing an integrity zone is part of bureaucratic reform that must begin internally within the faculty in a consistent and sustainable manner.

Following the opening, the event continued with the signing of the Integrity Pact by the faculty leadership, which included:

  • The Dean of FEB Universitas Riau

  • Vice Dean for Academic Affairs

  • Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance

  • Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Partnerships, and Alumni

  • All Department Heads within FEB

  • Administrative Coordinator

This signing represents the firm commitment of the entire academic community at FEB Universitas Riau to carrying out their duties and responsibilities with transparency, free from corruption, collusion, and nepotism, while delivering high-quality public services.

Through this event, FEB Universitas Riau reaffirms its commitment to becoming a clean, professional, and service-oriented institution, while fully supporting the bureaucratic reform program within the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.
