Pekanbaru, April 27, 2026 — The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at the University of Riau (UNRI) held a preparatory meeting for the Final Semester Exam (UAS) for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year, which will begin on Monday, June 2, 2026, in accordance with the UNRI academic calendar. This meeting aimed to ensure that all aspects of the exam process run smoothly and efficiently, with a primary focus on the readiness of facilities and infrastructure.
The meeting was attended by various parties responsible for the UAS implementation, including Heads of Departments, Study Program Coordinators, Heads of Working Groups within the FEB, academic staff, and representatives. It was led by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs of FEB UNRI, Dr. Deny Setiawan, S.E., M.Ec., who emphasized that the success of the UAS depends not only on the quality of the exam questions, but also on the readiness of the facilities and supporting facilities.
On this occasion, Dr. Deny stated that all parties involved must ensure the availability of adequate examination rooms, the establishment of exam schedules that do not conflict between study programs, and the availability of sufficient equipment and supporting facilities for the exams.

Furthermore, Dr. Hj. Alvi Furwanti Alwie, S.E., M.M., in her statement reminded that preparations for the final exam are part of FEB UNRI's efforts to maintain overall academic quality. "The final exam is a crucial evaluation moment that must be carried out optimally. This concerns not only the technical aspects of the exam, but also the availability of facilities and infrastructure that support a comfortable and smooth exam process."
