Universitas Riau held an Award Night and Alumni Reunion to commemorate its 61st Anniversary on Monday, September 2nd, at the Ballroom of Hotel Aryaduta Pekanbaru. The event was organized to appreciate faculty members, programs, and faculties that have contributed to the university. In her address, the Rector of Universitas Riau, Prof. Dr. Hj. Sri Indarti, SE., M.Si, emphasized that the awards aim to recognize those who have significantly contributed to the progress of the university and to motivate the entire academic community.
The Faculty of Economics and Business received the 2nd Best Faculty Quality Assurance Unit Award from LPPM Universitas Riau, and also received Student Competence Development Funds from the university. Dr. Hj. Alvi Furwanti Alwie, SE., MM, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, expressed appreciation for these awards, particularly to the Quality Assurance Unit of the Faculty. She also highlighted that these recognitions serve as motivation for the entire academic community to continue contributing their best to Universitas Riau.
