On Tuesday, May 21, 2024, the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Riau (FEB UNRI) received a visit from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji (UMRAH) of the Riau Islands. The purpose of this visit was to discuss quality assurance at both the faculty and program levels.
The meeting was attended by the Vice Deans I and III, the Head of the Faculty Quality Assurance Unit (SPMF) and team, as well as the heads of the quality assurance clusters at the program level from FEB UNRI. Representatives from FEB UMRAH, including the Head and members of their SPMF, were also present.
During the meeting, many aspects were discussed, particularly regarding how quality assurance implementation and evaluation can be carried out effectively, whether at the University level (PJM), Faculty level (SPMF), or Program level (GPM). The discussion was warm and interactive, with both sides exchanging questions and feedback.
It is hoped that this event will serve as a valuable platform for sharing insights so that both faculties can continue to improve in the area of quality assurance. Quality assurance remains a critical requirement for any study program seeking accreditation.
