The Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Riau always supports efforts aimed at developing the potentials of the region. On Thursday (26/10), the Faculty of Economics and Business, represented by Dean Dr. Hj. Alvi Furwanti Alwie, SE., MM, accompanied by Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Cooperation, and Alumni Rendra Wasnury, SE., MIB, and three other faculty members attended the Final Report Exposition of the Regional Tourism Development Master Plan (RIPPARDA) of Indragiri Hilir Regency, held at the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) Auditorium of Indragiri Hilir Regency. This event is part of the collaboration between the Faculty of Economics and Business and the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government.
The event was attended by the Regional Secretary of Indragiri Hilir Regency, represented by Assistant I, the Head of the Tourism Office, the Head of the Regional Development Planning Agency, as well as representatives from the Office of Community Empowerment and Village Development, the Integrated Service Office, the Department of Trade and Industry, the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs, the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning, and the Department of Environment and Sanitation of Indragiri Hilir Regency. Village Heads and the Chairpersons of the local Tourism Awareness Groups (Pokdarwis) related to Indragiri Hilir Regency also participated in the event.
